I was out painting on the coast all day, and as the started to set it started to light the foam off the waves with a magical glow.
Then someone climbed out on the rocks to get a better view, and it put the whole scene in a new perspective. The scale of the breakers and the magic of the moment were both amplified. This is a moment I won't soon forget.
This painting is on a museum wrapped canvas suitable for hanging. It does not come with a frame. Contact me if you'd like to discuss framing options.
I painted this along 17-mile drive in Pebble Beach at a famous overlook called "Ghost Tree".
I painted this over the California 'winter', when the rains bring out the wildflowers. Classic valley view with distant hills visible.
